You’ll be introduced to the A.R.C.H. personality temperament program where you’ll learn how to increase your understanding of yourself and your behaviour, as well as the behaviours of your team. We will be exploring an arch of different personality types, known as the four temperaments, to create a visual and memorable experience. Each temperament has a key descriptor, making it easy to identify in yourself and others.
