This workshop is designed for professionals and individuals who want to enhance their productivity and creativity by integrating AI tools into their daily tasks but aren’t quite sure where to start or what is out there to use.
Course Outline
This 1.5-hour workshop is designed to provide students with practical, hands-on experience using AI tools to improve their productivity in the workplace. Participants will see how AI can help them with real-world tasks and how to apply AI to solve problems and streamline workflows. They will have the opportunity to participate in exercises, both during and after the session, becoming confident in using AI tools effectively in their personal and professional settings.
During this 1.5-hour virtual workshop, you will take away:
- Learn to use ChatGPT, QuillBot, and DeepL to rewrite, translate, and draft professional emails
- Analyze datasets with ChatGPT and create charts in Google Sheets/Excel and dashboards in Tableau Public
- Design social media posts with Canva and DALL·E, automate tasks with Zapier, and organize workflows using Trello
- Share outputs, discuss challenges, and explore creative and ethical applications of AI tools
