Target Student
This course is designed for professionals who are already familiar with Microsoft Copilot and who want to take their skills further by creating their own agents. It is also suitable for beginners with basic knowledge of Copilot who want a practical introduction to building agents for focused, repeatable tasks.

Course Outline
Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat can help you work with information, answer questions, and support everyday tasks, while declarative agents allow you to create a more focused Copilot experience for a specific purpose. In this workshop, you will explore how agents work, identify suitable tasks for an agent, and build your own using Agent Builder in Copilot Chat. You will learn how to define an agent's purpose and behaviour, provide relevant knowledge, create starter prompts, and test and refine the results. By the end of the workshop, you will have a practical understanding of how to create and use an agent that is focused on a repeatable workplace workflow.
