Private training also offers flexibility in how and when learning happens. We can adjust start and end times for teams in different time zones, split sessions across multiple days, or structure the training to fit your team’s operational needs.

We offer several training formats so you can choose the option that best fits your organizational needs. Public training refers to our regularly scheduled, instructor-led online courses that follow set course objectives, while private training is delivered exclusively for your team and can be customized to your needs. Workshops and webinars offer focused learning on specific topics. Workshops allow more interaction and practice, while webinars focus on introducing concepts. Coaching to Bring What You Learn to Life

Training builds knowledge. Coaching helps leaders apply it. We are happy to add one-on-one and group coaching to any of your training. Coaching allows leaders and managers to reflect on what they have learned, work through challenges as they arise, and build confidence using new skills in their roles. For example, a leader may leave training with a strong framework for giving feedback. In coaching, they can unpack how that conversation actually went, explore why it felt challenging, and adjust their approach for next time. This is where learning becomes practice.
