How We Built New Courses to Build In-Demand Skills in 2026
Every year, we take a close look at our training to make sure it reflects what people actually need in their day-to-day work. This year, we focused on making sessions easier to fit into busy schedules.
Many of our latest offerings focus on half-day courses. This makes it easier to build skills without committing to a full day away from work.
We’ve also introduced more role-specific workshops so you can find training that feels relevant and is easy to connect to what you do every day.
Let’s look at what’s new.

Over the coming year, you'll start to see A.R.C.H. principles woven throughout many of our professional skills courses. Whether you're leading a project, solving problems, or giving constructive feedback, you'll learn how different personality styles influence the way people work together.
